How we build value

02 / WHERE WE INVEST

The real economy.
Real opportunity.

Essential services. Tangible assets. Established demand. We seek businesses with a clear reason to endure.

U.S. producing assets

We seek established energy businesses and producing U.S. assets with verifiable operating histories. Production quality, maintenance needs, commodity exposure, reserves and environmental obligations inform our review.

EXAMPLES OF BUSINESSES WE SEEK

Producing U.S. oil fields

Oilfield services & maintenance

Energy infrastructure services

These are acquisition interests and illustrative business types, not a portfolio of completed investments.

03 / INVESTMENT CRITERIA

Proven today.
Potential tomorrow.

We start with evidence of a healthy business and a practical path to create long-term value.

Does your business fit?
01

$1 million+ in annual cash flow

Sustainable, verifiable earnings. We assess normalized cash flow after the costs needed to operate and maintain the business.

02

At least 3 years in operation

Typically 3–5 years or more, supported by financial statements and a track record we can evaluate.

03

Positive cash flow, every year

Consistent annual cash generation across the review period, with understandable earnings and customer demand.

04

A business built to continue

Capable teams, transferable relationships and a thoughtful plan for the owner’s transition.

05

Room to improve and grow

Opportunities to strengthen operations, apply useful technology or expand into adjacent markets.

EBITDA and seller’s discretionary earnings (SDE) are useful starting points. We reconcile both to cash flow, including maintenance capital spending, working capital and replacement management costs.

04 / OUR APPROACH

Human experience.
Intelligent progress.

AI belongs where it improves the business. We look for practical applications that help experienced teams make better decisions and spend more time on valuable work.

01 / OPERATIONS

Make the everyday work better.

Better scheduling, route planning and preventive maintenance. Less administrative work for the people doing the job.

Dispatch · Scheduling · Workflow
02 / DECISIONS

Turn business data into useful insight.

Clearer job costing, demand forecasting and cash-flow visibility, with people responsible for the decisions.

Forecasting · Pricing · Reporting
03 / CUSTOMERS

Build on relationships that already matter.

Faster estimates, more consistent follow-up and easier service coordination, while retaining the personal touch.

Quoting · Service · Follow-up
